The Mission

The mission of GFN Church is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. 

The Vision

The vision of GFN Church is to create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. 
Several years ago, we set out to create a different kind of church for Greenville County.
A church that wasn't just with church people, although we aren't against church people.
We created a church that would be welcoming, practical, and enjoyable.

That vision led us here, to GFN Church, and this common purpose - to create a church that unchurched
people love to attend and ultimately lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

We’ve seen God work in phenomenal ways as people experience a life change in our community
through GFN Church. Whether you’ve been in church for a long time, or not at all, we want you to know that we
are FOR you. In fact, we believe God is for you and for our community. It's easy to find the things
we are against, but we are made for so much more.

We have the opportunity to be part of a story that brings people together.
A movement of people, joined on mission all week long, and we want you to join us.

Lake Forest Elementary

Throughout the year, we partner with one of our local schools in our community to help serve the students, teachers and administrators. Our mission is to serve the emotional, social, and academic needs of public school children through one-on-one mentoring relationships, supporting and serving schools, teachers and staff and building relationships that where we can share the love of Jesus. Join us as we make an eternal difference in our community.

Habitat For Humanity

Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and offer hope.

Through our partnership with Habitat for Humanity there are different opportunities for you to participate in a home build for a family in need.

Jasmine Road Ministry

Jasmine Road is South Carolina’s first two-year residential program for adult women survivors of human trafficking, prostitution, and addiction. The mission is to offer women who are trapped in a cycle of sexual exploitation and addiction a path to freedom, a haven for healing, and the opportunity to flourish, leading to generational change and the betterment of our Greenville community. Throughout the year, there are many different opportunities for the GFN family to invest in this amazing life-changing ministry.

Miracle Hill Ministries

Miracle Hill Ministries operates four rescue missions, two addiction recovery programs, a foster home community, transitional homes, a foster care program, a food ministry program, eight thrift stores, and an auto sales operation—all of which contribute to our mission to serve people experiencing homelessness.

GFN Soccer

Upward Soccer here at GFN seeks to provide the opportunity for kids to develop their soccer skills by building a healthy competitive spirit in a family friendly environment dedicated to your children, building teamwork and instilling strong Christlike values.
